SummerSmash 2010 this Weekend - What you should know

ok so I accidentally deleted the last post i made... HERE WE GO AGAIN!

The halls are empty being setup...

But tomorrow they'll be jammed packed full of gamers!

-= VOLUNTEER CALL OUT =-
Are you free this (Friday) evening? If so why not come to QSAC early and help setup the LAN! Blade will be there from 4pm to 8pm toiling away and rolling out network cables.

-= ATM =-
There aren't any ATM's at QSAC so make sure you bring sufficient cash for the day/s.

-= Drinks =-
We'll be selling $1 drinks with an honour system. You drop the money in the bucket and take a drink out. :P

-= Parking =-
QSAC will also be hosting an Athletic's carnival on Saturday and Sunday so parking might be a bit tight 'near' the Track and Field room. You can drop off your gear near the Track and Field room and then drive to park your car at one of the parking bays.

-= Food =-
There will be a hot food stall open upstairs for the Athletics carnival for lunch on the Sat and Sun. Saturday and Sunday night we'll organise Pizza runs.

-= Possible Rain =-
We'll have the LS trolley's about with tarps to cover your gear too and from your car if there is any rain. We recommend bringing umbrella's just in case of downpour.
