Played it last night with Blade. I'm stoked with how good the campaigns are, the AI is faaaarrrr better than I thought it would be, I need to get used to using a mic more, I'd often find myself yelling for help and then realising i'd forgotten to hit the speak key which was why I got hammered so often, teamwork really is essential. I was disappointed with the versus mode though, has a very tough learning curve to play as an infected and I really struggled with it, hoping to give it another shot at some point though and see if I can improve.

Had a bit of a blast with Franger last night. First we tried the second scenario on Expert. Let's just say that we weren't able to get to the first checkpoint after about ten tries. It was funny seeing people join up, then wonder how the hell it's so hard.

I think we could have done better with a team that was co-ordinated; but I think it would take hours of slowing pushing to get through it.

Considering Franger hadn't played at all before, we decided to restart the No Mercy scenario on 'normal'. It was a cake-walk, with the only difficulty being one of our team mates was a total imbecile.

There was a time where we all had to cram in an elevator. Three of us ran towards the elevator to go up, he decides to go the opposite direction around a corner. Boom, the horde triggers and we're there screaming at this guy to come towards us so we can get in the elevator and get the hell out of here.

Of course he decides it's much safer in a room with the door shut so the zombies come flooding towards us. So we had to spend the next 5 minutes or so clearing a path to let this wanker out so we can jump in the elevator which was 2feet away from where we were.

Anyhow we made it to the roof top, chopper on the way. Crap loads of zombies coming towards us and a tank comes barrelling down knocking the lesser zombies out of the way. I'm pumping as much lead as I can into the behemoth. Said wanker is sitting safely on top of the highest point picking regular zombies off with his pee-shooter whilst we're screaming to force fire on the Tank.

Once the tank clambers up he rushes towards Franger and pushes him; I roll up with my fully loaded auto-shotty and start pumpin buck shot into his behind. Somehow he doesn't like that, and spins around knocking me about 100 million metres away and I fall of the roof!

Luckily my comrades survive and I see my name 'in memory of LS | Blade' in the credits. *sniff*

I played it last night just in SP, I have to say its petty sick

Maybe LS could go back to its roots and order pizza in like we did when we first started, admittedly its much easier to order pizza for 18 people than it is 180.

Well we are working on a system for that too.

On another note, for Santa Smash I reckon a most zombies killed award for the day, person who has a screen shot with the most zombies killed wins after surviving a campaign.

I don't even know if that's fair, but I won't put any other rules around it, if a team wants to set a player up for a massive score that's okay, I won't even limit difficulty.

Let me know your thoughts.
