I will give anybody $5 if they are willing to lend me a CRT TV for this WinterSmash. ANYBODY.
Think about what you can do with that $5?

Look on Ebay! Look everywhere. The value of $5 is very underrated.
But seriously, we need TVs for 'The Tempest', and I've been brainstorming, thinking "Where can I get these? And have them transported to the venue for me?"
And it struck me like a lead pipe. All the PC gamers have to transport their PCs via automobile. Why not make an extra $5 just for an extra trip?
Bring them to me (I'll be over in the Smash Bros. corner with a flamboyant hat like a Pikachu beanie), and I'll give you $5. Straight up.
Catch is that I need it for the whole weekend.
Though I might be able to make an exception for just the Saturday, since I'll need it that badly on Saturday.
But yeah, it's for a good cause, and you can make some money off me. Come on guys!

I'll see if I can bring my TV, its fairly big but not as big as MCs crazy huge one, just have to con one of my housemates into helping lift it into the car

Even if they're really small, we're always hurting for more TVs. A small TV is way better than no TV.

I've got a 24" LCD TV that I can bring along. Has all the different inputs (RCA, VGA, S-VID, RGB, etc).
Let me know and i'll bring it along.

Thank you very much for the offers, but unfortunately the Wii was made by a retarded company that doesn't believe in LCD compliance. That is, Brawl lags like a drug mule running for the border on MOST LCDs.
We generally only use LCD screens for N64 games, which is weird, but that's how it goes.
