WinterSmash Street Fighter 4 Tournament

LanSmash and OzHadou are proud to present Brisbane's second console Street Fighter 4 Tournament!

The focus of this event is to bring together Brisbane's SF4 community who met for a huge day of gaming back in April and combine it with LanSmash to create an Awesome event for all.

When: Sunday 12th of July 2009
Time: 9am to 8pm
Where: QSAC
Cost: $20 per gamer ($5 competition fee, $15 day ticket)

Pro Tournament Details

Style: Double Elimination
Start time: 1PM
Prizes
- First prize is a flight to Sydney to compete in OzHadou's national SF4 tournament!
- Second prize is $40 cash
- Third prize is $15 cash

Timetable

0900 : Start up / Practice rounds
1200 : LUNCH
1300 : Tournament Begin
1700 : Finals
2000 : Pack up

What we'll supply

LS will provide two PS3's with 22" LCD monitor's and X-Arcade arcade joysticks setup.
We also have 6 x 22" monitors for use.
If you want to bring your console and don't have a monitor, chances are that we'll have spares for you to use.

What to Bring

This is a BYOC (bring your own console) event. We have a couple of gaming rigs, but if you bring your machine chances are you'll have more games through out the day. Also you can bring any sticks/controllers to play at your best your way.

Fun is the name of the game!

After the Finals you can feel free to play friendlies until we pack up. We hope to improve a bit on last time and have taken your comments on board. Would be happy to hear more though here.
